With Farming Simulator 22, we created a buzz by giving you bees to boost your crop yields with the benefits of good old pollination. For Farming Simulator 25, we’ve really gone back to the drawing board in front of the animal pen. What animals are missing? Worms? Bears? Dragons?
Unfortunately, they didn’t make the list — and neither did the dolphins, echidnas, and leprechauns from the Pink River. But we looked at your wishlist and our own and immediately thought , «Okay, we’ll do it, GIANTS Software! Let’s take this chance and make something really cool. Water buffalo!»

In addition to this mighty animal of Southeast Asian origin, we wanted to give livestock owners another option. We’ve got you covered, goat farmers!
Good goats take time
You want to draw goats correctly, and the hardest part is their legs and rectangular pupils. First, we almost accidentally created Dahu, a mythical creature. You can learn more about her from Katie. Right, you don’t know who she is, do you? You will soon.
One wrong slider and shorter legs on one side and you have a fantastic beast! Once the legs were done and we had banished the dahu back to its folkloric existence (or was it?), we had a team of 2D and 3D artists working non-stop on the pupils. Then our artists and programmers build the other parts of the anatomically correct goat at different stages, from newborn to adult, so you can enjoy one of the most anticipated animals on the farm! Before we show you the mini goats, here are some real facts about real goats:

- Goats are very sociable and form close bonds within their herd or even with people and other animals.
- Every goat has its own unique voice. Just look at all those videos of goats screaming. So it wasn’t just the mother goats who could recognize individual goats by their bleating.
